Ordering & Payments
We've tried to make our ordering process as easy as possible.
1. Simply pick a design from our extensive range, and:
- Add the design to your Shopping Cart using thebutton.
- Click "View Cart" and follow the checkout process.
2. Reply to your order confirmation email, and attach your photos and any additional event details that you might have.
3. We'll have a draft of your custom made invitation or thank-you emailed back to you within 24hrs!
It's as simple as that :)
If you don't see a design that perfectly suits your occasion, no problem! Each invitation is custom-made and can be altered to match any colour, text or theme you like.
Just send us a message through the contact page, describing what you're after, and let us design the perfect invitation for you.
When you're happy with the draft design, and when payment has been received, the high resolution image will be emailed to you for printing.
If you'd like, we can assist you with our complete Professional Printing or Personalisation services, to take away any stress or worry to organising your special occasion.
You can always check on the status your orders at your account page.
Banking and Payments
Our preferred method of payment is NetBanking/Direct Deposit due to the high paypal fees. We also accept PayPal at a small cost to cover their processing fees.
